Spring may almost be done, but you can do an early-summer declutter of old electronics, household hazardous materials (HHMs) and metal items with the return of E-CARE on Saturday, June 21. The free, fast and safe drop-off Environmental Collection and Recycling Event pop-up happens rain or shine from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1425 North Quincy St. (across from Washington-Liberty High School).
